A ramp, not a flood.
We launched six weeks after the storm, into a market the tents had already worked. Here is what a real ramp looks like when a program is installed inside a store instead of parked on a corner.
The storm
A severe hail event crosses Dallas-Fort Worth. Tents are up within days. The store has no hail plan and no process for reaching its sold customers about it.
The install
DHR stands up the claims desk, the paperwork in the store's name, the repair schedule, and a three-touch outreach to the store's customer base. First month: a handful of closed repairs.
Month three
Repairs closing every week with one team. Weekly statement packets matched to insurance checks. On one batch of finished cars, our claims team documented roughly $38,000 of damage the insurers' first estimates had left off and submitted the corrected estimates (supplements) for payment.
No storm, still booking
191 claims worked. 35 to 40 new repairs a month from prior hail on sold vehicles, with zero new storms. Two more DFW franchise stores signed on the strength of the ledger, and their installs are underway.
A professional claims team does what a tent never will.
Claims handled with more than 20 insurance companies, from first call to final check. Every vehicle written to a line-by-line estimate on the store's letterhead. Every correction documented with photos and counted the way the insurer's own guidelines require, so the insurer can approve it without a fight.
Every settled repair closed with a one-page statement showing what the insurer paid, what the repair cost, and the store's share. A weekly packet of those statements delivered every week since launch and matched to received insurance checks. The store's controller verifies each packet against repair orders quickly.
Customers get a pre-repair call, daily updates during the repair, a signed return walkthrough, and a follow-up call after delivery. Reviews name the store, not us.

Partner dealership names
The program runs under each dealer's brand. Naming a partner store on our site would put our name next to theirs in front of their customers, which is the opposite of the model. References are available in the walkthrough, dealer to dealer, including the flagship store's general manager.
The store's share and per-repair dollars
Economics are set per rooftop in the agreement and vary with the store's parts pricing, loaner policy, and detail capacity. Publishing one store's split would mislead the next. We run your store's real numbers before launch and put them in writing.
Projections
We do not publish revenue projections or enrollment assumptions as results. Every figure on this page comes from a signed statement or a filed claim. Anything else would be a guess with a dollar sign on it.
How claims that do not become repairs are counted
Some claims close without a repair: the insurer declares a total loss, the customer trades the vehicle, or the damage falls under the deductible. We report those as closed without repair, not as repairs, and we screen for total-loss risk before a vehicle is scheduled.
