The hail repair industry has run on the same broken playbook for thirty years: storm chasers, out-of-state crews, underpaid claims, lost dealer customers. DHR is the first company built to fix it from the dealer's side — turning every storm into a recurring revenue stream for the dealerships we partner with, under their brand, on their terms. We're not chasing market share. We're defining a category.

We hire people who've sat behind a sales desk, run a service drive, written a supplement, or filed an insurance estimate. The team is dealer-fluent by design.

We move fast and ship.
We're a small team. Decisions get made in days, not committees. If you need a six-step approval chain to feel comfortable, this isn't the right environment.

We hire for craft.
Roles are filled by people who are great at one specific thing — claim recovery, sales, PDR, partner success, ops. We don't hire generalists for specialist work.

Compensation is structured around upside.
Base salary plus performance tied to partnership growth, claim recovery dollars, or revenue generated. The better the company performs, the better every team member is paid.

We operate dealer-first.
Every internal decision is filtered through one question: does this make life better for the dealers we partner with? If the answer isn't obvious yes, we don't ship it.

Dealer Partnership Manager
Own the relationship with active Dealer Hail Revenue Program partners. Drive partnership performance, grow account density, and serve as the dealer's single point of contact for everything DHR.
Insurance Claim Recovery Specialist
Build supplement packages, communicate with carriers and adjusters, and drive recovery on prior-storm claims. Insurance adjuster or estimator background required.
PDR Technician (Lead)
Lead paintless dent repair on dealer-scale volume. Minimum 5 years PDR experience required, OEM certifications strongly preferred.
Sales Development Representative (Dealer Outreach)
Open conversations with dealership GMs, owners, and group execs across the hail belt. Auto retail or dealer-channel SaaS background preferred.
Customer Care Coordinator (Dealer Partners' Customers)
Be the voice of our dealer partners to their customers. Handle outreach, claim updates, rental coordination, and pickup/delivery logistics — all under the dealership's brand.
